Day 8 - Socks and Underwear

As the city still slumbered this morning, I left the gym at 7 am and was greeted by an enchanting morning calm over the canals. Those moments of early silence, so akin to the awakening spring, remind us of the magic of a new beginning and the quiet energy that is about to unfold.

Welcome to the Water Zone

With the start of today, we dive into the domain of water, a realm of calm, purity, and reflection. Within our home's water zone are the bedroom and bathroom, places where water - symbolising emotion, intuition, healing, and depth within astrology - helps us to cleanse, heal, and prepare for new adventures.

In these sacred spaces, where we are at our most vulnerable, it is crucial to maintain an atmosphere of minimal stimuli. Here we keep only what is essential for sleep, rest, relaxation, and personal care. Work corners have no place here; they disturb the serene energy and affect our rest.

A Soft Start: Socks and Underwear

Let's begin this new phase with something basic yet fundamental: sorting out socks and underwear.

Gather: Bring all your socks and underwear together in one place. Sort: Organise by type and ask yourself: Does it fit? Is it comfortable? Is it intact? My relationship with socks is one of love-hate. I adore the feeling of new socks, but sorting them is a challenge. Fortunately, this has become easier over the years, partly thanks to a uniform sock choice for my family and myself. The result? No more bins full of lonely socks.

Managing underwear, I keep it simple: one brand that stands for comfort and style. My advice? Keep it simple. Opt for socks and underwear that are not only comfortable but also beautiful. Say goodbye to anything that pinches, slips, or is worn out.

What Does Tomorrow Bring Us?

Tomorrow, we turn our loving attention to the heart of our sleeping area: the bed. Until then, I wish you a restful night.

Love and see you tomorrow,

Roxy
